The members of the organization’s Board of Directors serve on a completely voluntary basis and do not receive any salaries for their work. They are also prohibited from accepting any personal grants or gifts related to their activities while performing their constitutional duties. In this context, the provisions of the Dutch law pertaining to foundations (Stichting) and related regulations apply to them.
